Ingredients

1 large can cling peach halves

1 medium can pineapple slices

1 large can pear halves

1/3 cup butter

3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

2-4 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

Drain fruit and dry on paper towels.

Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole

Melt butter and add sugar and curry. Spoon over fruit.

Bake 1 hour uncovered at 325-335.

Can be made day ahead and reheated.

good dish to accompany meat.
